2003 – 2005 – Lecturer on Women’s rights and Human Rights within the frameworks of Master Program «Women Leadership” (Project of the UNDP Belarus “Gender in Development: Support to expanding public space for women in Belarus). 
February, 2005 – Member of the organizational committee of the international conference “Anthropological Expertise of Legislation” (Kazan’, Russia); moderator of the panel on Jurisprudence of Social Groups: Philosophical, Legal and Gender Approaches. 
2001, 2003-2005 – Teacher of Basics of Law and Human Rights at Vitebsk State Professional Lyceum N 5 (Vitebsk, Belarus).
2004 – Present – a constant participant of a volunteer project on popularization of gender theory among people of different age, sex, and occupation. Within the project series of public lectures, trainings, screenings have been carried out in Minsk, Gomel, Brest, Orsha, Vitebsk for women’s NGOs (YWCA Minsk, Cooperation of Business and Creative Women, Organization for Working Women in Belarus etc.), teachers of kinder gardens, youth organizations (Seventh Side, Belarusian Debate Movement) etc. Full list of lectures and organizations can be delivered upon request.
